This is a quick and dirty tutorial on making your own 80mm (pocket cd) AntiDisk:
The disk is made using BartPE, Adaware, Hijackthis, CWSearch, McAfee Scanner, and McAfee Stinger.
To begin you need to decide if you want to have internet capibilities. I recommend it and it adds little space. If not then you can change the settings later and simply have a local disk.
To begin you creation of the disk you will need to gather (about 10 mb) of some files. You will need:
Windows XP Install Disk. This you can't download and if you bought a computer with a recovery disk then try that but other then a real disk i cant be of much assistance.

Once all of these files have been downloaded then you can begin
